Situated outside of Thessaloniki, the first production unit of Estia occupies 4.000sqm and specializes in the production of bakery & pastry products, whereas the second unit occupies 2.000sqm and produces patisserie products and the award-winning Gelo Celo ice-cream.

Our two production plants are equipped with the most up-to-date machinery. They are comprised of 7 automatic production lines which facilitate standardization processes. High-qualified food technologists are responsible for the proper functioning of the units and the compliance with food safety systems. We invest on continuous technological advances to align with world-class production procedures and to ensure an increasing product range.

As our family grows and new partners are being added to the network, the production plants allow us to produce standardized high-quality products which are distributed to our clients and the 20-store network of estia. In this way, we are sure that our products do have the same specifications and everyone enjoys the same quality food treats.
